10 Pink Places We Can't Get Enough of

We're talking cotton-candy loving, Barbie-talking, blush-rose having, pinkish paradises you've ever laid your eyes on. 1. Sketch, London
Arguably the most instagrammable restaurant in London, The Gallery Room inside Sketch, designed by artist David Shingley, is a visual delight with its baby pink walls and plush pink chairs. The gold and marble accents will also feed all of your millennial desires. 2. Lake Hillier, Western Australia
This 600 meter-long, strawberry milkshake-looking lake is located on the edge of Middle Island in Western Australia. The pink hue has been a mystery to scientists for years but it is speculated that the color comes from the bacteria that lives in the salt crusts.
3. Paradiso Hotel, Ibiza, SPain
Recently opened in 2018, Paradiso Hotel is a mod, Miami Beach-like styled hotel. Situated near some of the best beaches on this infamous party island, the hotel definitely boasts huge potential for the millions of visitors that flow into Ibiza every year. Also, how can you possibly pass up a hotel that has not one, but two pink swimming pools?!
4. Casa Rosada, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Literally translated as "The Pink House," Casa Rosada is a large mansion that houses offices of the President of Argentina. One theory of why this building was painted in its famous rose-colored hue represents President Sarmiento's attempt to make peace during his term back in 1868-74 by blending the color red of the Federalists with the color white of the Unitarians.
5. Marrakech, Morocco
Marrakech is commonly referred to as the "Rose City," and this jewel of Morocco enchants it's visitors with a tantalizing mixture of earthy flavor, bohemian culture, and colorfully painted villages.

Everything about Santorini seems to be as close to perfection as you can get but escape to the dreamy bubble-gum pink cave house villa in Oia and you won't regret it. 7. Lake Retba, Senegal
This cotton-candy colored lake in Senegal, located in North-West Africa has gained a lot of attention on Instagram and Pinterest lately. Lake Retba, also known as "Lac Rose" by the local French-speaking community gets its pink color as a result to certain bacteria in the water causing a reddish-rose pigment when it absorbs the sunlight. The water also has a high salt concentration that allows people to float easily and the salt can also be used to preserve the fish that are caught here. Skip going here during the rainy season as the pink color is most visible during the dry season from November to June.
8. The Pink Wall, Rattlesnake Canyon, Utah
Located near the world renown Antelope Canyon in Northern Arizona is the serpentine Rattlesnake Canyon, which is regarded for it's spectacular abstract forms. The beautiful formations of this canyon's region is why it has become known as a "slot canyon." The stunning shapes and peaks of this canyon were a result of a violent flash flood back in 1997- where a storm about 15 miles away sent a raging amount of water traveling at a speed of over 40 miles per hour, leaving behind an 11 foot wall of water through the canyon.
9. Hitsujiyama Park, Chichibu, Japan
Hitsujiyama Park is famously known for its Shibazakura blossom- a mossy textured bloom that creates a visually aesthetic pink ground cover. The blooming season is usually from late April to early May, so you're just in time if you leave now!

Get your Insta stories ready babes! This cake company based in Belgravia, London UK is equipped to provide some delicious and colorful memories. Plan ahead as this cute little cafe is a solid 30 minute commute outside the center of London.
